Cancellations and Amendments
If you need to amend you’re booking prior to arriving you may contact us up to one working day before your appointment date to re-schedule. Changes to the appointment time made less than one working day in advance will be subject to a £10 late cancellation fee.
In the event of MOT appointment cancellations, your cancellation must be received at least 3 working days prior to your appointment. Cancellations outside this time frame will be subject to a full amount late cancellation fee.
To cancel a booking, please contact our Customer Service team. Your cancellation must be received at least one working day prior to your appointment. Cancellations made outside this time will be subject to a £10 late cancellation fee.
Refunds
All customer refund requests will be dealt and processed within 5 working days and amount will be refunded to the same payment card or Paypal accountant provided for original transaction. In the event of alternate products or services provided that are of low value, part refunds will be granted for the difference.
